Hey Y'all! My supplement routine is what the industry refers to as a "stack."

MY PERSONAL DAILY ROUTINE
Take 1/2 cap of L-Carnitine
Mix 2 scoops iso aminos + 1 scoop scorch powder +
1 scoop Pure Alcar + 1 scoop Glutamine into a half gallon jug for the first half of the day.
(I will mix another half gallon usually after Lunch WITHOUT scorch powder in it)
2 Nolvadren + 3 Multi Viamins + 1 Yohembine: Drink with one scoop of CLA Powder
1 Scoop of IsoProtein
With Lunch or Dinner:
1 scoop of CLA Powder
1 scoop of IsoProtein
1 REM PM + 1 scoop Clean Protein + 1/2 cap of L-Carnitine
Before Racing or Practice:
1 scoop of Brainbridge
L-Carnatine: Rainbow Sherbet or Mango
Iso-Aminos: Strawberry Kiwi, Green Apple, Pink Lemonade
Iso Amino Coffee Creamer: French Vanilla
Blockbuster: Apple Juice
Gameday: Strawberry Kiwi
Body Octane: Strawberry Mango
Scorch: Pink Lemonade & Strawberry Kiwi
Protein: Peanut Butter Bits / Chocolate Milk / Sprinkle Donut / Blueberry Muffin
CLA: Sour Batch *CLA has a plastic/crayon taste. You WILL get use to it!*
Mix CLA in Sour Batch with Rainbow Sherbet ISO Aminos!
If it is too sweet, dilute it! Add more water or lessen the serving size.
If you powders are not mixing or dissolving try putting them in a half cup hot water to dissolve then add cold water.
Think ahead! Put your supplements for the day in a stacking container. This can be found on my favorites list!
Protein is NOT gross. Your mindset is. Take one sip at a time and get it down. I PROMISE you will start to crave it.
Mix your protein in a metal shaker, not plastic. Less smell!
Do not drink your stimulants too close to bed time.
You can mix ANYTHING together. It won't hurt you. You can mix and match!
Experiment. If you don't like something, change the time you take it, etc.
